The Staff
Our staff is multigenerational and we benefit greatly from the different perspectives that each person brings. We place a huge emphasis on affirmation and fun but make no mistake, most of the fun is had when we are working hard in ministry alongside each other.
The Church
Crosspointe is one church with two locations with a mission to help people find and follow Jesus. With two southern California campuses, thousands of people have accepted Christ, been baptized and discipled since the church's beginning.
The Environment
Our environment is fast-paced, collaborative and extremely rewarding because every single day, we get to be a part of life change. We have an open office environment and quieter, more secluded places to work if that is what is preferred. Should you need a little boost throughout the day, you'll usually find coffee brewing and plenty of snacks around!
