Local Compassion

Local Compassion

To help people Find and Follow Jesus through connecting the people and resources of Crosspointe to all who are on the front lines of ending human trafficking, supporting orphans and widows, alleviating poverty and addiction, and helping to bring about racial reconciliation in our community.

Our DNA compels us to offer compassion to our local community. With our mission to “help people find and follow Jesus,” as well as our four core values of Courageous Faith, Extravagant Generosity, Uncommon Unity, Unconditional Love, the common thread throughout all our DNA is the desire to think beyond ourselves and the four walls of our church building.

Homelessness, poverty, substance abuse, children in abusive households, and many other issues plaguing our community are complicated and require a level of precision the church may lack. We desire to partner with organizations that handle these challenging situations. When there is an opportunity, desire, and resources available, we may choose to partner for short periods of time or develop long-term commitments.

When looking for All-Star Partnerships, our current filter goes through S.O.A.R. Which stands for Stopping sex trafficking; Orphans and widows; Assisting the poor and those with addictions; Racial reconciliation.
